Decimal characters in Collections Header (IEXRCALL)

 Hi all,

We have R12.1.3 running and setup a new responsibility with MOAC functionality for Collections processes.

The new responsibility has a strange behavior for the Collections Form (IEXRCALL).

When navigating via the menu function UWQ to the Collections Form the fields "Amount Overdue" and "Net Balance" show 2 decimals.

When navigating via the menu function Collections and search to the Collections Form the fields "Amount Overdue" and "Net Balance" show only 1 decimal.

Existing Responsibilities per Operating Unit do not have this problem.

Does any one know what's the cause of this? I cannot find a profile option that differs from the single OU responsibilities.
