Electronic submission of eTDS & eTCS returns using File Validation Utility Version 3.5

Hi
The data structure changes introduced in FVU version 3.5 does not have any product impact.  The flat file generated by the India Localization solution is compatible with FVU version 3.5.  EBS customers can continue to use the flat file generated by India Localization solution for filing the quarterly eTDS and eTCS returns.
