for a localiaed po the base taxes are showing as base tax + tax

Hi,

we have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3.

we are using india localization

i have created a PO for 100 rupees and applied taxes of 10 rupees

now my accounting entries for the base receipt are coming as 110

+

Tax entries for 10 rupees

Total price of the PO at receipt is 120

can any one help me out why the tax amount is getting added with the base amount
