Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can Approve action be taken, without opening email

Hi Experts

We have workflow enabled with having IMAP

When user raised the claim it goes to approver with approve/reject buttons

when approver click on approve it open an email, reqirement is it should take the action without opening an email (which will save approvers time)

Is that possible
