Business Rule Task Process Monitor workflow (JTFBRMPR) is not working properly

Hi Experts,

Can anybody suggest some solution for my below mentioned issue?

We are working on Apps 11.5.9 version.

We are facing issue with JTFBRMPR - Business Rule Task Process Monitor workflow. Actually the problem is with the process displaying as running status, no errors but at the same time not processing anything.
