View Accounting for India Local Tax part

Hi
Create a Material receipt and Deliver , having India Local Taxes. Run Journal Import for Purchasing India
Open receipt and click on View Accounting , 
1. We do not see accounting of Deliver part of India Local Taxes.
2. Also if we do RTV it does not show accounting with Categorization Receive. Deliver, Return to Receiving and Return to Vendor.

We have to go Material Distribution to see the Deliver part of accounting for IL taxes.

Its on R12, and my question is---This behaviour is intended and known fact or we have some problem.
