Having servers in the DMZ (external/public) area using the new 8.52 decoupled PS_HOME, PS_APP_HOME

Hi everyone.

We are currently upgrading our Psoft HRMS and Financial suites to 9.1 FP2 / Ptools 8.52.x and we would like to take the opportunity to use the decoupled PS_HOME, PS_APP_HOME and PS_CFG_HOME in order to reduce software footprint and ease the life cycle process, i.e. all servers would point to only one set of common folders that need upgrading/updating.  Our dilemna is, even if it is possible to put these under very tight security rights, the servers located in the DMZs (public or adjacent to public) would not still be a ble to point internally to the PS_HOME and PS_APP_HOME.

Howdy, Stranger!
