HS: Unable to establish RPC connection to HS Agent

Hi,

I am using

Database version: 11.2.0.3 running in Linux xxxx 2.6.18-194.el5 #1 SMP Tue Mar 16 21:52:39 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/LinuxOracle gateway server - 11.2.0.2 running in windows 32 bit Using DG4MSQL.Please help me in solving the below error... I could see lot of same error in trace files and also in the alert log file.

HS connect: nscall returned status ffffffff (-1)

HS:  Unable to establish RPC connection to HS Agent...
HS:  ... Agent SID = (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=xxx)(PORT=1521)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=xxx))), NCR error = 65535 Unable to retrieve text of NETWORK/NCR message 65535
