Integrate Oracle Policy Agent 2.2 with Oracle SSO

Our current Oracle Application Server (10.1.2.3) is running Oracle SSO integrated with RSA for user authenication.  We now have a requirement to switch out the RSA authentication with the Oracle (Sun) Policy Agent 2.2 authentication (which is providing results back in OpenSSO format).  After working an SR with Oracle for a couple of months on the possibility of integrating the Oracle Policy Agent with OSSO, the support staff has decided that there is not currently a solution that will allow us to accomplish that.
Has anyone else attempted this by chance, and if so can you provide any pointers?

We have the policy agent installed on our server and it is successfully authenticating our users.  The problem is that we cannot get the cookie values that the policy agent is setting over to OSSO so that it can perform its piece of the login. With the current configuration, there appears to be a plugin in place to pass the RSA cookie value(s) to OSSO.  In the Oracle Application Server Single Sign-On Administrator's Guide I found an example that would allow me to write my own plugin, however I'm not sure exactly what OSSO needs from the plugin.  Is it
