question on patch availability

 Hi All,

I realize this is a Solaris Networking Community. However I am trying to
resolve an issue with a Solaris10 NFS server with Linux clients. There is a
Linux nfs4 bug that suppose to have been fixed but I can not find the Linux (kernel?) patch.  

 Bug 13335706: STRESS NFSV4: STALE_STATEID STORM AFTER TAKEOVER
and Bug 14395444 - EXALOGIC: NFS4 MOUNT POINT HANGS WITH NFS4ERR_STALE_STATEID 


By the way I think there are some Solaris components that are being changed 
in Solaris 11 that is related to this issue ->
