Oracle Entitlement server 10gR3 , why do we need to run only one OES admin Primary server and OES cl

Hi All,

could anybody please throw some light on OES 10gR3 .

Is it a best pracitse to run OES admin on primary server alone while OES client must run on both primary and secondary server. If this is best practise then, what will happen if primary server fail. In such case do we need to start OES admin on secondary server manually.
