13.2 RTV has incorrect qty_requested.

Hello!

RTVCre generated by external system, load's into RMS by RiB without any errors. In the RTV detail's, first detail row have right qty's, and other rows has qty_request = 0, qty_recieved - OK and qty_cancelled is calculated wrong as result(Negative qty).

If i open the xml with RTV, and change detail tag's sequence, the same error occured, only first record have right qty's.
