Oracle User Management - How to re-activate and end_dated responsibility in User Management

Hello Group,

I would like to re-activate and end_dated responsibility, but using Oracle user Management. I know how to do it using the Form Application, but I would like to be able to do this same action, but using Oracle User Management. I am on Oracle 11.5.10.2.

The End_date active is there, but it is grayed out. Let me know if it is possible to re-activate it from User Management (UMX) or the only option is using the regular Form Application.
