Issue with Job Data CI
We are facing a peculiar issue where the Job Data is not getting saved for some of the employees when a department change occurs. We are using the delivered Job data CI for this through a custom Application Engine Program. Although the Process goes to Success Posted, data will not be saved in the Job data record. Each time we face this issue, we need to clear the Process Scheduler Cache before we re-run the Process. Once the Process Scheduler Cache is cleared, the issue gets resolved automatically. This happens even for Performance Management -Create Documents Process as well.
