Data Conversion strategy from psft HCM 8.9 to PSFT HCM 9.1.

Hi,

I need assistance to select the best option for going from psft HCM 8.9 to PSFT HCM 9.1.

Currently the Client has PSFT HCM 8.9 system, target system is PSFT HCM 9.1.There are around 350 delivered tables in 8.9 where Client has added custom columns (one or more in each table).Also the client is maintaining approx 500 custom tables in 8.9 and has done a lot of customization in compensation and performance management.Now Client is on the process of re implementing PSFT HCM 9.1.Please advise what Data conversion strategy should be followed  , is it through delivered upgrade path through change assistant template or through taking 9.1 vanilla and starting data conversion through scratch?Please describe what path should be the easiest and
