Error in configuring Oracle BI publisher 11.1.1.5.0 for Oracle Identity Manager 11.1.1.5.2

 Hi,I am configuring Oracle BI publisher in existing weblogic domain as reporting tool for Oracle Identity Manager 11.1.1.5.2. 
Oracle Identity manager, Oracle Access Manager are configured (and working fine) on the same domain in which I am now configuring the Oracle BI publisher. 
While Extending the domain for Oracle BI publisher configuration,  I have got INST-07242 error when connecting to Admin server.
This I have tried when Admin server and manage servers are running. I cross checked about Hostname, Port and Password. Still the same error is coming and I am not able to configure BI publisher.
Can somebody please help on this.
