Change in Problem Types to be used while creating new PeopleSoft HRMS Service Requests in My Oracle
Changes are being made to the Problem Types used to create PeopleSoft HRMS Service Requests. Currently when you create a Service Request, if you choose the product PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS Human Resources, you then choose from over 50 Problem Types (or categories) to further clarify the problem. In response to customer feedback, this list will be shortened during the last four months of 2012. These changes are made to improve our customers’ satisfaction by providing a seamless and easy experience when creating an SR.’
After changes are complete, you will see an initial list of about 15 Problem Types, and when you select one, a second drop-down list may appear to further clarify the problem. We expect that this change will make it easier for you to choose the relevant problem type when you create a Service Request.
