Delinquency Work Node - Customers not showing

Hello,

We have changed our operating level in Advanced Collections from the BILL_TO level to the CUSTOMER level.

Since doing this, I am no longer able to see any delinquent customers in the Delinquent Work node of the UWQ.

We manually assign Collectors to the Customer at Bill To site level, but the business wishes to run Advanced Collections at the Customer level.

How do I go about getting the delinquent customers to appear in the UWQ if we decide to go with operating level: Customer??
