The email response to a PO Approval Notification is causing the outlook spell checker to complain

When the user clicks on the Action: “APPROVE” hypertext mailto link, it generates an email.  The email text (see below) end with “Note Note: ''  and this is causing a Microsoft Outlook popup to ask for a spelling correction (duplicate word).  Can this Notification template be fixed so that it does not conflict with MS Outlook spelling rules.  This is annoying the users and they do not want to have to switch off their email spell checker.  See print screen attached.
