Retroactive PO Price Adjustments

 Hi,
Under the 12.1.1 India localization environment , the retro feature does not change the price of PO/BPA releases even after the Retroactive Price Update of Purchasing Documents Program completes normally. What may be the causes for this feature not to function in IL Instance.

Any valuable inputs is highly appreciated.
