Excise invoice no not generated for RTV

 Hi,
Excise Invoice and VAT Invoice number not generated for RTV transaction. The status showing as In process in RTV localized form.

Then, We found that there is no RG23 Balance for the item and update the RG 23 balance. Now what we have to do to?? correct the transaction and do the RTV again??
