Email approval notifications are not triggering for some users
HI All,
We have a scenario where we are not getting the approval notifications triggered to some users ...
We have analyzed and found the following observations
1. WF roles and users are present , email addresses are correct and present
2. Email preferences are also correct and available for MAILHTML for these roles
3. This issue is generic for Irec and SSHR transactions
4. General trend which is seen that these users who are reporting the following issue are those who has never logged into the oracle system after they have got their users created with default passwords.
Any suggestions as we are stuck with this issue and is critical to us now.
