How to find Installables if we know the "English Resolution ID"

HI,
I was trying to apply HRMS 9.1 Bundle #8 via change assitant. But is gave me error, that some pre-requisite(some upd number) is required to proceed with this bundle 8 application. I searched on suupport.oracle.com, but could not find the correct way to search if we have upd number(english resolution id) with us. Does anyone know, how to search?
