Assignment of strategies

Hi,

I have setup 2 strategies. 1 is called Soft strategy and one is called Hard Strategy. The soft strategy has 80 assigned as the lowest applicable score and hard strategy has 10 assigned as the lowest applicable score. My level that client operates at is Accont. After my scoring engine is complete it has assigned customer x the score of 32.85 and customer y the score of 82.5. Therefore in my view customer x should assign the hard strategy and customer y the soft strategy. Just so you know when I run scoring I run the delinquencies, then account and then customer.

But this is not the case. Both my accounts have been assigned the soft strategy.
