Trying to create a broken promise and the fields are greyed out

Hi,

I am trying to create a broekn promise in Advance Collections and field where broken promises are created (Status, Broken, Prmise Date) is greyed out.

I am getting an error message at the bottom of the screen saying:

APP-IEX-240239: The promise date you entered exceeds the maximum promise date.

I cannot find this error message on Metalink

Any help appreciated.
