Starting discussion regarding OIM 11gR2 customizations

I am doing customizations with OIM 11gR2 and would like to start a discussion on that.

Have been working through Chapter 7 of the Administrator Guide, and am currently configuring UDFs for the User Form.  I have some tips and some questions that might be helpful.  Just not sure if anyone else is interested in doing this, and not sure if anyone from the product team looks at this forum.  I have not had much luck with this site as far as response goes.

Is anyone listening?
