OAM 11g RREG Remote Registration failed..

Hi All,

While registering with OAM got below error.

SEVERE: HTTP Post Method failed.HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error                                                                      
The remote registration process did not succeed! Please find the specific error message below.

I have tried the below note but no luck.
