Customising System Administrator

Hi,

I wish to customise the System Administrator responsibility, such that I can only view notifications and their statuses. I included the relevant menu item (Workflow Administrator Navigator Menu) on the main menu and created a new responsibility.

The issue is I cannot view the notifications that are available to the sysadmin responsibility.

What extra setup am I missing here, to ensure this customsied responsibility has the same access as the seeded sysadmin user?

This is quite urgent, so any helpful pointers would be highly appreciated.
