HRMS 9.0 Bundle #10 upgrade plan question (connect a bundle to a maintenance pack)

I am new to alot of these things and am starting to do some research on making an upgrade plan from HRMS 9.0 Bundle #10 and going up to the Delta Maintenance Pack 13.

While this may be a simple question, I was wondering what proper way to tell/know is how to connect a Bundle to a Mainenenance Pack in the sense of since I am at Bundle #10 I need to start at 'X' maintenance pack and work my way up etc.

anyone that could shed some light on the mechanic would greatly help me out
