Looking for documentation for Workflow Designer and Visualizer

I'm looking for documentation on OIM's "Workflow Visualizer" and "Workflow Designer" for use in customizing OIM approval and provisioning workflows. In chapter 1.1.2 of the "Oracle® Fusion Middleware User's Guide for Oracle Identity Manager 11g Release 1 (11.1.1)", under the section entitled "Workflow Management", there is this mention of the Workflow Visualizer:

"Oracle Identity Manager provides the Workflow Visualizer that allows business users, administrators, and auditors to visualize task sequences and dependencies to understand process flow and the Workflow Designer to edit and manage the process flow."

However, I have yet to find any documentation on the tool, and also haven't been able to find out how to access it. Can anyone point me towards the documentation?
