ODAC 11.1.0.6.21 vs 11.2.0.3 rdbms

This is on Linux 64, just upgrdaded to 11.2.0.3.

Visual studio 2008 SP1 on Windows XP, with ODAC 11.1.0.6.21.

Developers complained their plsql packages messed up when compile. The sql packages code can be seen line shifted and obvoursly different from the original one. This makes the packages invalid.

Any one have this expierence?
