Workflow Background Process suddenly stopped Re-submitting

Hi,

We are facing a strange issue where we observed that the Workflow Background Process was running and was then re-submitting another request for the next run 30 minuts later, but at a point it suddenly stopped with no trace of error and it did not submitted the next request for the Workflow Background Process.

We saw that there was a message as below in every request of all runs, but it was NOT present in the request that ran last.

"Successfully resubmitted concurrent program FNDWFBG with request ID 63515278 to start at 16-SEP-2012 17:18:17 (ROUTINE=AFPSRS)"

We checked the alert log file and there also no trace of any error.
