Bolton Modules missing post application upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1 (Initial Pass)

We are doing the initial Pass and created 9.1 HCM from 9.0 HCM. However I don't see any bolt on modules in the upgrade COP. My understanding was that it would replace only the customizations where we have changed the peoplesoft objects but would keep the bolt ons in place. I see no custom objects in upgraded COP like components, records, pages e.t.c

Custom projects are there in the upgraded COP but once you click on the bolt on object it says object definition not found. Please advice .
