Sun Trunking issues and CatOS

Hi
I've got Sun trunking installed on a V480 with 4 x ce Gigaswift interfaces configured as 1 trunk.

# nettr -setup 10 device=ce members=2,3,4,5 policy=1 lacp=p ptimer=1

When I bring the system up I get the following messages;

NOTICE: trunk link (ce3): Partner Key=0: Please configure valid key value on switch.

NOTICE: trunk link: (ce4): Port Partner MAC (0:15:f9:fe:1a:80) or key (162) incompatible with Aggregation Partner MAC (0:15:f9:fe:1a:80) or key (161)
