Left-side Menu Disappears, Is anyone having this issue?

We have moved our PeopleSoft Applications to another server.  Now, some customers are seeing the left-side menu disappear.  This is happening in ELM and HR.  One customer sees the menus for a brief time and then they are gone.  Hitting the refresh icon two or more times makes them appear again.  Does anyone know what might be causing this behavior?  It doesn't happen to everyone.

We rebuilt our Web Servers on the new location so we may have missed a setting that was done during our upgrade to PT8.50.07.
