unable to navigate to tabs in PeopleSoft

Hi,
I have installed PSFT 9.0 Campus solutions with PT 8.52.

When I logged to peoplesoft to add new user PeopleTools> Security > User Profiles > User Profiles

In that i tried to go to other tab " Add a New Value" but i was not able to go that tab..

I tried few others like this its happening to all tabs like this.

Any clue for where to check for this ll be much appreciated
