Unable to open interface records

 Hi,

I am unable to open interface records from the open interface form, also from the cost periods. 

In database records are existed with source_code = "Localization-Value Change".Transaction_source_name = 'Avg Cost Update Conversion'. In this some records are error as 'No open period' and 'Cost group is either not entered or not valid for org".
