Is it possible to run the Oracle Native Client and the Oracle Instant Client on the same box simulta

I have been tasked by management to find out if it is possible to run the Oracle Native Client and the Oracle Instant Client at the same time on the same Windows PC. We have an application that needs the Instant Client to run properly, but the users also need to have the native client in order to access other applications. So we need to know if they can both exist and operate at the same time on the same machine. This is in a mixed Windows enviornment, some with 32-bit and some with 64-bit.
