IEX:Strategy Management ignore account scores and assign default strategy template

Hi,

Please help! I have setup 1 custom scoring engine to score at account level based on business requirements and am using the seeded Customer Scoring and seeded Deliqeuncy scoring engines when I run my Scoring. It runs delinquencies first, then customer and then account level. I am happy with the scores that are being generated.

I have also created 4 customer strategies each with it's own lowest applicable score as follows:

1. Soft - 80

2. Hard - 10

3. Write off - 1

4. Catch all - 0

When I however run my strategy management program it is ignoring all above settings and assigning only my default strategy of the catch all.  My strategy all point to the
