India Creditors Trial Balance Report vs India Creditors Ledger

Hi,
The closing balance of India Creditors Trial is not matching with that of India Creditors Ledger.

I saw a note (869925.1) which says that issue was there in version 12.0.4

We are on R12.1.1. Do we need to apply any patch for this version too?
