DMS: ORA-00001 - olite error after RAC upgrade

Hi,

 

We have upgraded our instance to RAC last weekend and reinstalled Olite during that.


Now we are seeing many sync issues for users:

 

On client/Laptop side, we see this error, when user tries to sync :

MS-9025 Server error has occurred. Ask administrator.

 

On Server we see this error for users in Mobile Manager --> Data Synchronization --> Synchronization History Sessions :

 

Sync session exception stack trace:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (MOBILEADMIN.C$TRANS_LOG_PK) violated

 

at oracle.jdbc.driver.DatabaseError.throwSqlException(DatabaseError.java:138)

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:316)

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:282)
