New AR PAYMENTS Advisor Live!

The ARBI team 2nd custom Lifecycle Advisor: AR PAYMENTS is now Live!
The AR PAYMENTS Advisor has 6 main Phases:

  • Online, which focuses on all aspects of the online setup for deposits and payments entry and processing.
  • Interfaces, which focuses on offline uploading and interfacing payments from external sources (Lockbox, EDI, etc.).
  • Worksheet, which focuses on Payment Worksheet selection, application and actions.
  • Predictor, which focuses on Payment Predictor methods, setups, selections and processing.
  • Post, which focuses on payments posting processes and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnostics, which focuses on general troubleshooting and applying delivered Diagnostic Framework (DFW) Plug-Ins to capture diagnostic information.
Each Phase consists of Steps, which are extracts from selected important KM Notes, organized within an overall framework.
