Javascript - Permission Denied errors - Acessing content across PeopleSoft Applications

We have recently migrated our HR Applicaton (HR 9.0/PT8.51.06) from Solaris to AIX servers. There were existing pages/pagelets in the applications that pulled in content from an EPM application (EPM9.0 /PT8.51.06) on the Solaris server which were working fine. After the migration, some of these pagelets have java script errors (Access denied) that prevent us from further transaction.

Some steps that were taken.1. Checked the nodes across the applicaitons, trusted nodes and single signon. Able to pull EPM content with no issues. Issue occurs when there are java scripts.
