Process Scheduler jobs stuck in posting.

Daily Process Scheduler job stuck in posting but only for a certin time during the day.  We have several Process Scheduler jobs that start at 6:00am and run every thirty minutes until 7:00pm.  Our jobs get stuck in posting only from 6:00am to 7:00am after that they all post normal.
