DFW - pt_diagnostics not working as expected. No results are returned after loading SQL Statement S

My DFW was working until I loaded Sql Statement Search and Application Engine Results display.  These delivered the PT Diagnostics.  I have restored the objects from another database, but when I run the Diagnostic, like DF_HCM_TL_PAYTIME, only the report header with database, userid, etc displays, no output displays.  This DFW should always have output when entering a valid emplid.

How do I get DFW working again?
