template based hire error: Error saving Component Interface. {HCR_JOB_DATA_EMP_SRV} (91,37)

 When attemting to do a template based hire, it errors with the following message and error:

msg:The highlighted field  is required.  You must enter a value for it before proceeding.{HCR_JOB_DATA_E

error:Error saving Component Interface. {HCR_JOB_DATA_EMP_SRV} (91,37)

when we test the ci, we get the following error:

Unexpected data type code: Number. (180,605) JOB_DATA_EMP.GBL.PreBuild  PCPC:855  Statement:19

 

Failed to create the Component Interface (91,61)

 

If the component name and security are correct, ensure that the definition is still valid by reviewing the Component Interface definition from within the Application Designer.  Ensure the appropriate keys are set.  Finally, ensure that there is no business logic in the source Component that would cause create to fail.
