Need Help for ReTL installation

 Dear KenS,
Thanks for replying its really appreciated, The current product i am trying to install is ReTL 3.1 and upgrading it to 13.1.3. The issue is i am doing it first time and i am not finding the correct and proper steps to install the ReTL, I also request you to please provide me the correct community and related help so that i can complete this task. Waiting for your reply
