[Windows 7 x64] : Microsoft ODBC for Oracle not installed

Hi,While installing 10g Administrator client x64 on Windows 7, the Microsoft ODBC driver for Oracle is not displayed in the list of components that will be installed.
Choosing "personal install" doesn't solve the problem.

After the install, the driver Microsoft ODBC for Oracle is not displayed in the ODBC datasource Administrator panel.

How can I do to install that driver ?
