Need help in Oracle Forms Compile Locally for RMS 13.2.4

 Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie to Oracle RMS. Lately i am working on customizing oracle forms used in RMS 13.2.4. Every time i make a change, i have to compile this form and move to bin, and see the changes in the application window, this is taking  alot of time for me. I wanted to know if there is anyway i can just click on Run Form in the Oracle Form Builder and see the changes in the local browser window(as we do for the home-grown oracle forms applications).I need help in understanding the local settings required to run the form locally. Please let me
