Attachment Problem after upgrading to 9.1

Attachments that were attached prior to upgrading to Psft 9.1 can not be retrieved. If we attach a document in Purchasing 9.1 after upgrading, the document gets attached and you can also retrieve it. We get the following error when trying to retrieve:

An invalid parameter has been passed to one of the following functions: AddAttachment(), ViewAttachment(), or DeleteAttachment().

With the 9.1 upgrade we had to go to Windows 2008 servers. The attachments were being saved on the server to
